CONCLUSION : La lutte contre le stress chronique consiste à favoriser la résilience, soit par des moyens médicamenteux : les BZD qui favorisent l’action du GABA et la réduction de la production de CRH, ACTH et cortisol, soit par des moyens non médicamenteux (pratique sportive, méditation, cohérence cardiaque …).
